Who We Are

We're a service born out of necessity. As full time recruiters, we found ourselves spending hours per week formatting CVs ready to present to our clients because like most agencies, we take the view that first impressions count.

Dedicated in-house administrators couldn't keep up with the pace of demand and we would find ourselves taking too long to get CVs in front of clients without compromising quality. Automating this task would mean we would save a huge amount of time per week and ensure quality was upkept.

There are, however, some major challenges with automating this task! A CV is one of the few documents that almost everyone in the world has and there is no consensus as to the design, the file format or the content. Extracting useful data out of highly varied and non-standardised documents is a huge challenge.

Our efforts over the last few years have meant we're now able to extract critical information from even the most challenging CVs and produce perfect CVs in under 60seconds.
