No. We operate a transparent, unit based pay as you go model designed to give you completely flexibility over the services you need. We do not set minimum amounts which may not work for you nor deny you access to features based on your usage tier.

We understand that recruitment volumes can vary month to month and do not penalise you for going over preset amounts or by not allowing credits to roll over at the start of the next billing period.

Our pricing model is tiered with all costs reducing as usage increases. This means that for an instance in which 600 CVs are processed per month, the first 249 will be priced at the first tier rates, the next 250 will be priced at the second tier rates and the final 99 will be priced at the third tier rates.

This scaling effectively reduces your costs by up to 37% between tiers as use increases

We will notify you if your balance is nearing £0 with a link to credit your account.

Alternatively, you can select to automatically bring your balance back to an amount you control when funds drop to a certain level. This ensures no interruption in services.

Yes, your balance is available for you to use as and when you need it. We understand that recruitment can be unpredictable leading some months to be busier than others. As a result, we don't penalise you for not using credits within a set time period

Yes, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. As soon as you have created an account, you will be able to save templates and preview document conversions.
